Description:
Are you afraid of the dark?
If you are serious about defensive shooting, you must be able to own the night. Studies have shown that over 80% of self-defense shootings take place in the dark. Considering that, we should shoot in the dark more often. Unfortunately, for many shooters, a environment to shoot in low-light is unavailable. Not anymore!
QSI is pleased to offer this Low-Light Handgun class.
Topics covered:
Seeing better in low-light
Advantages and Disadvantages of low-light environments
Shooting in low-light without a flashlight
Choosing a flashlight
Advantages and Disadvantages of the flashlight
Shooting with a flashlight
Reloading and clearing stoppages while using a flashlight
Shooting with weapon-mounted lights
What you will need:
Handgun
One or more spare magazines and carriers
Flashlight
Weapon mounted light (OPTIONAL)
Eye and Ear protection (available from the range)
300 rounds of ammunition
Baseball cap
If you don’t have any of the above equipment, please let us know. We have some gear we can loan out and a limited number of guns for rent. We will also have flashlights and weapon-mounted lights available.
It is expected for this class that you have some experience with your handgun. If you are not sure about this, please contact us and we can help you out.
